District 9 Winners Announced: Cedar Valley Creative Earns Top Honors, Advances to National Stage
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — April 2026 — The American Advertising Federation (AAF) is proud to announce the District 9 winners of the American Advertising Awards, recognizing the very best creative work from across the region and advancing top talent to the national stage.
Following success at the local level, District 9 represents the next tier of competition—bringing together top entries from multiple AAF clubs across the region. This year’s competition showcased an exceptional range of work, judged by a panel of four accomplished creative and advertising professionals from Texas, Ohio, Georgia, and California.
With diverse backgrounds and perspectives, the judges spent several weeks reviewing entries and praised the strength, originality, and execution of the work submitted. Each judge shared enthusiastic and thoughtful feedback, noting the high level of creativity coming out of District 9 markets.

All District 9 Gold-winning entries have automatically advanced to the national American Advertising Awards competition.
National winners will be announced at ADMERICA 2026, the AAF’s annual conference, taking place May 28–31, 2026, in Austin.
The American Advertising Awards is the industry’s largest and most representative competition, with more than 25,000 entries submitted annually through local and district competitions before advancing to the national stage.
