Where do you work?
Woolverton Printing Co. and Kimball Ave. United Methodist Church

What do you do?
Nearly everything. My title at WPCO is Marketing Director, but I do a little bit of everything. At KAUMC, I am the Youth Director.

What is the best thing about your job?
I enjoy the immense variety of responsibilities I get to do. These include marketing strategies, mailings, sales, customer support, project problem solving, resident ‘geek’ and whatever else happens during the day - there’s always something new.

Why did you become a MAC member?
There is a diversity among the membership and in the programs that help me to be more creative in the way I approach our marketing and sales. I also enjoy the chance to see how others make things happen on the board.

How long have you been a MAC member?
Five years, I think.

What is your favorite memory of MAC or past program?
Anytime I have had the opportunity to sit and visit with the other members has been the most memorable. Dinner with the some of the board members last year at Bourbon Street comes to mind.

Have you been on any committees or been a Board member?
I have been the Treasurer for three years now and Membership going on two years.

If so would you recommend this experience to others?
The chance to work on the board really opens up the MAC organization to what, in my opinion, most people are looking for in their membership. There’s the chance to get to know people on a more personal level and to be a part of helping the organization grow.

What is one thing you are looking forward to this MAC year?
The ADDY’s are always fun when people get into the theme. It was great to see many people show up with the 20’s garb last year.

What is one thing your wish MAC had or did?
The one thing I would most like to see is more member participation in the activities.
