How to become an AAF–Cedar Valley Sponsor
Meet your next client through the American Advertising Federation – Cedar Valley (AAF-Cedar Valley). Throughout the upcoming year AAF-Cedar Valley will host four afternoon Summit Workshop Series events, several Lunch ‘N’ Learn programs, a 30th Anniversary Past-Presidents Gala, and the who’s who ADDY® Awards Presentation. We’re offering you a unique opportunity to connect with area industry decision makers.

Each annual sponsorship receives promotion at all AAF-Cedar Valley events – including the ADDY® Awards where 150+ attendees celebrate our area’s best work.
Annual Sponsor Levels
Our Annual sponsor packages include promotion at each of the Workshop Series Events, the ADDY® Awards Presentation and all sanctioned AAF-Cedar Valley events. These packages have the potential to reach 600+ marketing, advertising, and communication attendees.
Premium Partner $750
Sponsorship includes name and/or logo in communication materials*, manned 10’ exhibit space with table included, session sponsorship with logo, and one reception sponsorship with logo & speaker introduction opportunities.
Platinum Sponsor $550
Sponsorship includes name and/or logo in communication materials*, manned 8’ exhibit space with table included, and session sponsorship with logo.
Gold Sponsor $450
Sponsorship includes name and/or logo in communication materials*, and manned 6’ exhibit space with table included.
Silver Sponsor $350
Sponsorship includes name and/or logo in communication materials*, and unmanned 4’ poster display exhibit space.
Bronze Sponsor $250
Sponsorship includes name in communication materials* and listed on a group sponsor sign at events.
Premium Sponsorship Opportunities
Title Workshop Sponsor $1,500 – $2,000 per workshop (depending on event)
This sponsorship package allows your company to be the title sponsor and have naming rights to one Summit Workshop. For example, “AAF-Cedar Valley and <XYZ Company> present StrategySummit08.” In addition to being included in all of the workshop communication materials*, you’ll have an introductory speaking opportunity prior to the workshop and will be the honorary host for the following reception.
Other Sponsorship Opportunities
Website Supporter $200 per year
This sponsorship package allows your company to have your logo displayed on our website and a link to your website.
*Communication materials may include: Sponsor listings on registration material, advertising, website and e-mail marketing which are sent to targeted members of the communication industry all over Eastern Iowa.
